When a division or event reaches capacity, additional teams may be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted teams are not guaranteed entry and will only be accepted if a spot becomes available due to a withdrawal, division expansion, or schedule adjustment.

Teams will be admitted from the waitlist in the order requests are received, unless competitive balance or event structure requires a different placement. NXT Sports USA reserves the right to manage waitlist entries to ensure fair competition and overall event quality.

Waitlisted teams will be notified immediately if a spot becomes available. Teams that do not clear the waitlist will not be charged, or any entry fee collected will be fully refunded or credited per NXT Sports USA policy.
