⚖️ NXT Memorial Day Classic – Terms & Conditions

By registering for this event, all teams, coaches, players, and spectators agree to the following terms:

💰 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to register and hold a team’s spot
• Full payment is due no later than May 16, 2026
• Teams not paid in full by the deadline are subject to removal without notice and forfeiture of deposit
• Registration is first come, first served based on payment

🚫 NO REFUND POLICY

• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable
• No refunds or credits will be issued for:
  • Team withdrawal
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Player availability
• If NXT Sports USA cancels the event, a credit or refund may be issued at its discretion

🌧️ WEATHER / GAME GUARANTEE

• The event will proceed rain or shine when possible
• No refunds will be issued once games begin
• If weather or unforeseen circumstances impact play:
  • 2 games played = no refund
  • 1 game played = 50% credit towards a future event
  • 0 games played = credit may be issued toward a future event

💳 NXT EVENT CREDIT TERMS

• NXT Event Credit:
  • Has no cash value
  • Is non-transferable
  • May not be exchanged or refunded
  • Must be used for future NXT Sports USA event registration
  • May be subject to expiration or usage restrictions

🔄 FORMAT & SCHEDULING

• NXT Sports USA reserves the right to:
  • Adjust event format 
  • Modify schedules, game times, or locations
  • Combine divisions for competitive balance
• Teams are responsible for checking schedules and updates

⚾ TEAM ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT

• Teams must comply with all event rules and roster requirements
• NXT Sports USA reserves the right to remove any team for:
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Rule violations
  • Misrepresentation of players

🚫 FORFEITS

• Teams must be ready to play at scheduled game times
• Failure to field a team may result in a forfeit
• Forfeits may impact standings, seeding, and advancement

🛑 LIABILITY WAIVER

• Participation is at the team’s own risk
• NXT Sports USA is not responsible for:
  • Injuries
  • Lost or stolen property
  • Damage to personal belongings

⚖️ FINAL AUTHORITY

• NXT Sports USA reserves full authority over all event operations, rules, formats, and disputes
• All decisions made by tournament officials are final

By registering, teams acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
